Return Policy

The articles offered in our store are endorsed by major commercial firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. Therefore, they may return the merchandise in 2 cases:

Defective products or wrong shipments

  • AZULKITEBOARDING will accept the return of defective products and wrong shipments, bearing the shipping costs provided that the customer reliably communicates this circumstance to AZULKITEBOARDING within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Once said communication has been made, AZULKITEBOARDING's transport company (except for shipments made by the postal service) will collect the wrong or defective order; for this purpose, the user must indicate to AZULKITEBOARDING the address and times for collecting the order.

Shipments made by postal service must be returned by the user through the same postal service.

  • To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, inside its packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included where applicable.
  • The customer must present the cash receipt or invoice issued together with the order.
  • Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after thoroughly checking its condition, if everything is in accordance with the conditions described above, the product will be replaced within 30 working days.
  • If any of these conditions are not met, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including transport of these items, will be at your expense. If you do not accept this option, AZULKITEBOARDING may keep the items and the amount paid for them.

  • Returns at our establishment: Items purchased online (www.azulkiteboarding.com) may also be returned at our establishment at Paseo Nuestra Señora Mercedes de Roja, 26, 36612 El Médano – Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands). The conditions for returning a defective or wrong product at our establishment are the same as those for online returns.

Return or exchange of products in good condition

If the customer changes their mind upon receiving their order and decides to return it or exchange one item for another, AZULKITEBOARDING will accept the return or exchange provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The customer must notify AZULKITEBOARDING by email, writing to info@azulkiteboarding.com, within 14 days from the delivery date of their order, of their wish to return or exchange the items they have purchased.
  • The product to be returned or exchanged for another must be in perfect condition, unused, inside its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included where applicable. After thorough verification of the condition of the merchandise in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount or issue a store credit(*) for the same amount or exchange the product for another. If there is a price difference between the two products, AZULKITEBOARDING will issue a store credit(*) for the amount of the difference when the price of the new product is lower than the price of the returned product.

In the opposite case, that is, when the value of the new product is higher than the value of the returned product, AZULKITEBOARDING will charge the customer the difference.

(*) The store credit issued will be valid for 6 months.

  • To make the return, the cash receipt or invoice issued together with the order must be presented.
  • Shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of wrong shipment or defective product.
  • Once the product is received and its condition thoroughly checked, AZULKITEBOARDING will send an email to the customer to inform them of the acceptance of the return or exchange.
  • In the case of a return: From the date AZULKITEBOARDING notifies the customer of acceptance of the return, AZULKITEBOARDING has 30 working days to refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the purchase (in case of payment by PayPal, 3% will be deducted for administrative expenses; in case of payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS card, 2% will be deducted for administrative expenses). Likewise, transport costs generated by both the first shipment and the return and second shipment will be deducted.
  • In the case of an exchange: From the date AZULKITEBOARDING notifies the customer of acceptance of the exchange of one item for another, AZULKITEBOARDING will inform the customer if there is a difference in the price of the items and in the event that AZULKITEBOARDING must pay the customer an amount, AZULKITEBOARDING has 30 working days to refund the difference using the same payment method used for the purchase (in case of payment by PayPal, 3% will be deducted for administrative expenses; in case of payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS card, 2% will be deducted for administrative expenses). Likewise, transport costs generated by both the first shipment and the return and second shipment will be deducted.

In the event that the customer must pay an extra amount of money for exchanging one item for another, AZULKITEBOARDING will inform them by email of the exact amount to be paid. This amount will be added to the transport costs generated by both the first shipment and the return and second shipment.

Items purchased at a reduced or discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.

If any sample order does not meet the requirements demanded on our website, we reserve the right not to proceed with the shipment of the order.
